Welcome to First Touch Sport

First Touch Sport was founded in 2014 and successfully delivers sport and physical activites in schools in and around Essex. The company originally was a football coaching academy but we now provide a wide range of different sports while also keeping our academy. We also provide holiday camps during school holidays and coaching out of school hours.

We encourage children to take part in sport from a young age promoting a fit and healthy lifestyle while having a huge amount of fun and benefiting from the confidence and social skills that sport can bring. All of our coaches have their coaching qualifications along with being first aid trained and DBS checked. As well as this our coaches have a broad knowledge of child protection policies and are also Public liability insured.
