Bookings

Before booking please ensure your child can attend all of the sessions. We can only guarantee a place on any activity to those who book in advance. First Touch Sport do not offer any refunds on sessions that are booked and paid for unless in the event of extenuating circumstances.

Complaints

In the unlikely event that you or your child are dissatisfied with the service we provide then please in the first instance raise it with the head coach at the activity. We will then deal with the problem in accordance with our policies and procedures. We take your views and complaints very seriously and will endeavour to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.
